My work would be best described as interactive, modern, artistic, and photojournalistic. A shoot can look many ways, but my hope is that it feels honest to your family.
Whether an afternoon spent together somewhere in nature, running around the city, or being playful in your own home, I strive to capture the silly, tender, and real images that tell the story of your family.
Many of us are often looking into the future, struggling to stay put in the present. And honestly, part of that, I think, is parenthood. Always throttling ahead full speed and bleary eyed, with a never full enough coffee, until the next full nights sleep, the next milestone, the next activity. All of these fleeting moments make up a life. We don’t need anyone to remind us to soak it all in while we can, and you won't regret capturing it so you can inevitably look back with clear eyes at the little toes, big laughs, and sweet snuggles.
What does a photo session look like?
A photo session typically entails 1-3 hours (depending on how long the little ones last) running around town, playing in nature, or spending an afternoon at your house doing something fun and cozy.
My flat fee for all shoots is $500. Families are always welcome to bring grandparents and include more family members. If doing separate shoots with multiple extended families there may be an added fee (and the session typically lasts a bit longer).
2-3 week turnaround with 100-200 digital images.
